Since opening the first store in New York, Paper & Leaf has expanded to Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky, where Dave continues to advocate nationally through the U.S. Hemp Roundtable and as a PA Hemp & Cannabis Guild board member—helping shape fair, informed retail policy for the industry’s future.
