Industry Support

Introduction

Independent hemp and cannabis businesses form the backbone of Pennsylvania’s growing industry. The Guild exists to support them — offering a network, tools, and advocacy to help craft operators scale sustainably while staying compliant and connected.

Challenge

Small businesses often lack access to the legal, operational, and marketing resources available to large corporations. Without organized support, independent operators risk being pushed out of the market altogether.

Problem

From shifting regulations to limited funding, small producers and retailers face significant barriers to growth. Many don’t have the resources to keep up with changing compliance rules or to connect with key partners who can help them scale.

Solution

The Guild empowers members through collaboration, resources, and a shared voice.

  1. Member Networking & Collaboration – Connecting hemp operators, retailers, and suppliers statewide.

  2. Educational Resources – Sharing up-to-date insights on legislation, compliance, and market opportunities.

  3. Workshops & Events – Hosting regular sessions on product safety, labeling, and best practices.

  4. Collective Advocacy – Uniting as a coalition to protect small business interests and drive smart, sustainable growth.
